The 17th Annual Youth Fishing Rodeo will take place at Frank Brown Youth Fishing Pond on October 28th. This event is free to the community with the first 400 youth (16 and under) receiving a free rod and tacklebox. This a great event for beginners and first-time fisherman to come out and enjoy learning about fishing. There will be free hotdogs and chips being served by the Optimist Club and Buffalo Rock has provided drinks for everyone. The goal of the Youth Fishing Rodeo is to educate the youth with a hands-on experience and have fun while doing it.
